Danielle has been in the franchising industry for 17 years, 9 of which were spent in stores, managing franchise businesses, and 3 of those years managing multiple franchise units. Over the last 8 years, she has gathered corporate franchising experience in various departments such as franchise development, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing & PR, with business consulting being what she enjoys and excels at most of all. With her experience and knowledge, she has brought substantial growth to the different franchise companies that she’s worked, now adding PJ’s Coffee in the mix within the last 3 years.
