Francesca (Frankie) LaMalfa attended Loyola University of New Orleans and earned her Bachelor's in Criminology and Political Science. During college she began her career at PJ's in October 2020 and worked her way up to General Manager in November 2021. After she graduated college, Frankie began working in corporate as a Store Opening Specialist. Now, as an Operations Consultant, she is ready to help our franchisees succeed. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and pets.
