Franchise Evaluation Process

Step 1 – Introduction & Initial Research

• Complete online Request More Info Form
• Start communications with our Franchise Development Department
• Complete a Confidential Questionnaire
• Obtain a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)

Step 2 – Franchise Opportunity Evaluation & Due Diligence

• Review Franchise Disclosure Document
• Complete a series of agenda specific calls with our Franchise Development Department
• Talk to existing franchisees about their experience as a PJ’s Coffee franchisee

Step 3 – Final Discovery & Approval

• Attend PJ’s Coffee Discovery Day at corporate headquarters and meet the executive team
• Visit existing PJ’s Coffee locations
• Complete final review of the PJ’s Coffee Franchise Agreement

Step 4 – Join the Team!

• Sign PJ’s Coffee Franchise Agreement
• Orientation with the Real Estate & Construction Department
• Orientation with the Operations & Training Department
