PJ’s Coffee owns and operates its own roasting facility along the historic banks of the Mississippi River. Our roasting team, lead by our Roastmaster Felton Jones, encompasses over 80 years of combined experience in coffee bean selection, procurement and roasting. Vertically integrated, we are instrumental throughout the entire process from bean selection to consumer consumption-ready product.

Quality product begins with PJ’s Coffee roasted in a small batch process, using a fluid hot air roaster. This gives the Roastmaster greatest flexibility, based upon the individual quality of beans, and produces the most flavorful, freshest coffee possible. At PJ’s Coffee, each small batch is its own custom roast, not part of a continuous process as is the procedure at many large scale roasters.

Whether it be an espresso, latte’, cappuccino, granita or even a traditional hot brew coffee, PJ’s is committed to serving the finest beverages.   Complimenting the vast array of quality beverages, our fresh, daily-baked pastries, muffins and cookies are also greatly enjoyed by our customers.
