Senior Project Manager

James Marques is joining the Ballard Brands, LLC team as the Senior Project Manager for Franchise Location Development. A graduate of Louisiana State University, James began his career at Dynamic Constructors, LLC as an Assistant Project Manager where he facilitated the construction process from bidding to completion for a growing construction company. Follow his work with Dynamic Constructors, James served as Project Manager for a prominent New Orleans developer collaborating with construction professions designing and building two large scale hotels. Over six years in the construction industry, James has been a part of approximately 300 million dollars of construction to build or renovate retail, schools, hospitals, multi-family, and hotels. He currently resides in Metairie, LA with his wife, Meredith, and two kids. After spending time with his family, James enjoys playing softball and a round of golf on occasion.
