Chief Marketing Officer
Leslie Monson is a Marketing graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans. Mrs. Monson joins us from her most recent position as Marketing Leader for Churchill Downs and the New Orleans Fairgrounds. She was responsible for marketing strategy, promotions, advertising, creative design, retail offerings and corporate partnerships for many other companies such as Harrah’s Casino and Hotel, Louisiana Publishing and Planet Beach. Mrs. Monson has been engaged in hospitality marketing management for the past 12 years. In addition to her marketing background, she has several years of experience in business-to-business sales. Leslie joined Ballard Brands in 2018 as the Chief Marketing Officer.
