Franchise Development Manager

While attending Louisiana State University, Tori interned for 3 years with LSU Sports Properties where she gained experience in sponsorship sales, event marketing and client services. After graduating from LSU with a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising and a minor in Business Administration, Mrs. Bermond started her career with Ballard Brands. In April 2018, Tori began serving as the Franchise Development Coordinator. By October 2020, she received the designation of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) by the International Franchising Association for her work and study in the franchise industry. In January 2021, Tori was promoted to her current role, Franchise Development Manager, where she has the pleasure of working closely with franchise candidates through the discovery process.
