Tori is a proud Louisiana native and LSU grad who got her start in the world of sports while interning with LSU Sports Properties. With over a decade of experience in customer service, sales, and marketing, she’s worn many hats. Most recently as a franchise recruitment director at Shipley Do-Nuts. She's also a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), a designation she’s proudly maintained since 2020 through her continued work in the franchise world. Today, Tori serves as the Director of Franchise Development for Ballard Brands and PJ’s Coffee, where she gets to combine her love for the brand with her passion for helping others find their perfect franchise fit. Outside of work, Tori enjoys life with her husband, their sweet daughter, and their three pups. You’ll often find her gardening, hiking, or just soaking up the sunshine whenever she can.
