The traditional drive-thru only model is a less expensive alternative and creates more real estate options compared to the coffee shop model. These free standing locations typically range from 650 - 850 square feet and also a walk up window and outdoor patio seating.
Traditional Modular Drive-Thru Only
The modular building model is an alternative to conventional construction. The benefit to a modular building is expedited development and it also allows for greater real estate options. These free-standing locations typically range from 650-850 square feet and may also feature a walk-up window and outdoor patio seating.
The non-traditional model is a PJ’s that is featured within another business. Examples of non-traditional locations may include hotels, hospitals, airports and school campuses. The non-traditional footprint typically ranges between 250 - 1,000 square feet.
