Ballard Brands was founded in 2001 by three brothers, Paul, Steve, and Scott Ballard.

Victoria Hirstius

Training Specialist

Victoria attended Southeastern Louisiana University and earned her Bachelor's of Business Management Degree with a focus in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Before joining PJ's Coffee, Victoria was the Sales Coordinator for a boutique hotel where she provided invaluable support to her team and was Employee of the Year in 2024. Now as a Training Specialist, she's ready to help our franchisees grow their small business. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys live music events, dining at new restaurants, and staying active.
