Mr. Shaheen serves as VP of Non-Traditional and International Development for Ballard Brands, overseeing the development of both non-traditional outlets and international units for PJ's Coffee. From 2006 to 2026, Mr. Shaheen served as VP Of Operations and Director of Operations for New Orleans Brew, LLC (PJ's Coffee of New Orleans), and WOW Franchising, LLC (WOW Cafe) in Covington, Louisiana. Prior to 2006, Mr. Shaheen worked for Smoothie King Franchises (Sr. Operations Consultant), Raving Brands (Regional Director of Operations), and Evamor Water (Business Development). Mr. Shaheen graduated from Louisiana State University in 1990.
