With over a decade in the coffee industry, Brianna joined PJs in 2018 as a store manager in the Baton Rouge area. During this time in management, she was able to perfect her knowledge on store operations, sales, and marketing while growing an outstanding reputation within the local market. Brianna is so excited to continue to grow her knowledge with Ballard Brands while getting the chance to ignite the PJs passion within our franchise community.
